报告题目：Fuzzy Dynamical Systems: A New Pillar in Control Theory
报告简介：To address the control problem of uncertain systems, a fuzzy system control method is proposed by integrating moderncontrol methods with fuzzy theory. This method can effectively model and control nonlinear uncertain dynamic systems, and is beneficial for studying the causes, descriptions, and results of uncertainty in mechanical system engineering, as well as how to control uncertainty.
报告人简介：Ye-Hwa Chen教授于1979年获台湾大学化学工程学士学位，1983年和1985年在加州大学伯克利分校获得机械工程硕士和博士学位。1986年至1988年，在雪城大学担任教职。自1988年至今，就职佐治亚理工学院机械工程系，依次担任助理教授、副教授、教授。目前兼任清华大学杰出访问教授。曾担任9家期刊的区域编辑和副主编。发表论文220余篇。曾获IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems Outstanding Paper Award、Sigma Xi Best Research Paper Award、Sigma Xi Junior Faculty Award等奖项。他的一篇论文在lEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics上获得了第二高的引用。他是佐治亚理工学院Campanile Award的获得者，这是该学院的最高荣誉。主要研究方向为动力系统与机电系统建与分析、模糊系统与控制。
